Description

The Account Representative Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining medical staffing agreements and providing support for the Account Executives and Contract Executives.

Essential Functions of the Job

· Create and organize all company-wide contractual templates (exp. Exclusive Medical Staffing Agreement)

· Manage and execute all incoming requests from multiple departments (MSP, NSO, Home Care Advocates)

· Communicate and streamline all new/updated/revised services with corresponding divisions in addition to Accounting and Concierge departments

· Perform internal audits

· Miscellaneous on-the-spot projects

· CRM profiling

· Direct incoming calls

· Organize marketing materials/mailing distributions

· Acquisition Support

· Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

 

Requirements

· Possess the following characteristics:

o Ability to problem solve and think critically

· General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands

· Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

· Ability to move about the office, bend and reach

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

 

Work environment

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
