Description

Administrative Assistants are responsible for assisting in the overall function of the office.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Greet all visitors that come into the office
  • Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate person
  • Assist with credentialing documents
  • Assist with auditing compliance requirements
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Maintain applicant folders
  • Print and send company ID badges to caregivers
  • Send faxes containing confidential information as requested
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Meet or exceed al essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, performance goals

Physical Demands

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, walk, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Work environment

Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
