Description
Contract Auditor will be responsible for ensuring data is entered accurately into company software. The auditor will work with multiple departments to verify and confirm information is recorded precisely. The auditor will review all agreements in a timely manner.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Audit pay and bill rates to ensure accurate burden and profit margin are met based on Master Staffing Agreement
- Verify contract details on Client Agreement
- Audit pay rates and contract details by signature authorization on Staffing Agreements
- Ensures accuracy with established internal control procedures by examining records and documentation
- Communicates audit results to management and corresponding department
- Oversee resolution of audit discrepancies
- Assist management with all other audits as needed
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of times
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Work environment:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
