The STAR Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, credentialing, hiring, submitting, and placing caregivers in new work assignments. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with caregivers and clients. They will pursue and extract work assignments from clients, then align caregivers with open work assignments via the True Helix Mobile Application.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Recruit and place caregivers for both contract and per diem work assignments
- Weekly performance requirements:
- Make 375 outbound calls
- Complete 20 interviews/phone screenings
- Hire or reactivate 5 new candidates or employees
- Schedule and confirm a minimum of 700 billable hours per week through the True Helix Mobile Application
- Billable Hour performance requirement will increase incrementally based on tenure
- Develop a diversified book of business in many geographic areas to fill new work assignments rapidly
- Ensure caregivers use the True Helix Mobile Application for credentialing, hiring, and self-scheduling purposes
- Conduct daily phone screenings and follow-ups with in-process candidates
- Actively recruit candidates through various recruiting platforms
- Review and complete necessary credentialing documents
- Communicate with other Recruiters and Departments to better align recruiting efforts
- Ensure caregivers meet federal, state, and client compliance standards
- Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and caregivers
- Complete tasks and special projects as requested by Manager(s)
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
- Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally
Work Environment:
Generally, work in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
