Description

The Client Concierge will be responsible for duties pertaining to client updates and satisfaction.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to DNA clientele
  • Update a minimum of 15 Medical Staffing Agreements (MSA) per week to reflect increased bill rates
  • Request MSA (from The Contract Team) to propose/submit renewed MSA update proposal to client
  • Request DocuSign execution (with The Contract Team) to finalize updated MSA with client
  • Partner with Data Analyst Team to conduct trend analysis on statistics to increase client retention
  • Track client satisfaction on the work assignments provided by DNA
  • Maintain communication between division offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to client satisfaction and concerns
  • Maintain and handle confidential client information in a professional manner as necessary
  • Partner with VP of Sales to assist and problem solve external complaints, concerns, and grievances
  • Complete special projects as directed by the VP of Sales
  • Maintain, administer, and record client responses to satisfaction surveys
  • Other office duties as assigned
  • · Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • General knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Occasional travel will be required.
