Description
The Homecare Division Manager will be responsible for the overall office performance of all applicable homecare divisions in accordance with company policy and procedures. This position will oversee the Western Pennsylvania Home Care division and will be based out of the Delmont, PA office.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Traveling is required.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Responsible for driving sales, growth, and profitability for division offices, with an emphasis on increasing private pay and waiver billable hours and revenue
- Supervise, manage, and train all team members within division offices
- Schedule a minimum of 600 billable homecare hours of work per week
- Execute 2 new homecare contracts per month with an emphasis on private pay and waiver clients
- Partner with team members to attend 3 external events per quarter with at least one of the events being aimed at private pay clients
- Develop, implement, and execute strategies to increase sales, expand homecare client base, and enhance profitability in homecare staffing services
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming to retain existing business and identify potential new clients
- Perform in-person and telephonic client visits when necessary
- Support all team members and serve as a backup to all positions
- Train and develop Homecare Recruiters and ensure performance metrics are achieved
- Maintain awareness and proactive communication regarding team member productivity and performance
- Manage and direct all Homecare Service Coordinators to ensure compliance with the Department of Health and all required client visits
- Support audit preparations by organizing necessary documents and ensuring proper documentation protocols
- Assist with marketing efforts by gathering client feedback, analyzing staffing trends, promoting homecare services, and ensuring proper utilization of budget
- Support the finance team with timecard verification and ensure that client billing aligns with staffing hours
- Track and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas of improvement and working with the team to meet revenue targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Interview and hire administrative staff
- Create, build, implement and ensure successful training resources for each team member
- Resolve problems and complaints as they arise
- Maintain communication between other division offices
- Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
- Prior knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills
- Travel up to 50%
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Attend all Manager and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance
