The Homecare Advocate will directly grow the homecare office revenue by ensuring a high-quality and consistent focus on gaining new private pay and waiver clients and following through on client visits for each newly signed client.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Generate new homecare clients and referral resources by completing the following:
o Complete a minimum of 500 outbound calls per week
o Obtain and execute 36 contracts per year
- Ensure client sign-on paperwork is completed with 100% accuracy and completeness
o Add new Prospective Clients into the CRM: Add 25 new clients / referral sources per month
o Complete a minimum of 5 face-to-face meetings per month within the community
o Schedule and complete 3 events per quarter
o Document CRM thoroughly, displaying valid and actionable data
o Persistent positive follow-up calls/emails with prospective clients consistently
· For new clients signed, perform the following duties as needed on an ongoing basis:
o Conduct in-home client visits every six (6) months
o Conduct telephonic visits, as needed
o Partner with clients’ service coordinator, MCO, and account representative to troubleshoot authorization issues and resolve past-due billing denials
· As needed, conduct in-home client visits every six (6) months for existing clients
· Communicate and continuously collaborate with the assigned Home Care Division Office and applicable internal departments
· Complete, organize, and maintain documents, records, reports, and Participant Feedback forms with accuracy and efficiency
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
· Maintain relevant and up-to-date knowledge of all state regulations regarding DNA’s homecare procedures
· Perform special projects or tasks upon request by Manager and/or Executive Team
· Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:
· Customer service skills required
· Travel required
· General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands:
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
· Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Work Environment:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Employees will be required to travel to clients’ private homes and for off-site events and meetings.
