Description

MSP Account Executives are responsible for seeking and following leads to acquire new MSP Clients and Sub Vendors in addition to maintaining the current client base.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Dial 100 outbound calls per day between the following:
    • Sub Vendors
    • Potential new MSP Clients
  • Market potential new MSP clients by communicating with DNA’s current client base
  • Submit contracts to potential MSP clients
  • Manage Sub Vendor relationships and activity in coordination with MSP JVP
  • Collaborate with the Contract Team by ensuring MSP contracts align with the current market rates
  • Ensure current and prospective client files are updated, accurate, and complete
  • Create New Contracts, Contract Addendums, Contract Amendments, and other relevant documents for MSP Clients and Sub Vendors
  • Complete special projects or additional work tasks as directed by MSP JVP or VP of Sales
  • Trained on MSP Representative job duties and MSP JVP in that role as needed
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Maintain a high level of organization of all documents and communications
  • Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Must log all calls in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
