Description

The NRO Division Director is responsible for the oversight of the NRO Division including implementing and overseeing healthcare recruiting efforts and maintaining healthcare compliance, policies, and procedures within the National Recruiting Office.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Drive healthcare candidate recruitment, onboarding, and growth of division office
  • Oversee and provide leadership to the entire NRO division including the NRO Assistant Managers
  • Responsible for maintaining performance metrics of division office
  • Review weekly NRO statistics, Applicant Tracking System suggestions, and territory coverages
  • Meet with NRO Assistant Managers weekly
  • Meet with each member of NRO, monthly
  • Assist in recruiting of healthcare professionals for all territories
  • Develop and improve NRO policies and procedures
  • Conduct general progress updates with all Recruiters under the NRO department
  • Inform team of any and all compliance updates
  • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals with NRO Assistant Managers and their respective teams
  • Analyze recruiting numbers in correspondence with healthcare staffing and sales to ensure they align
  • Assist in the development of new healthcare recruiting software, as well as implementing it
  • Report successes of individual recruiters, as well as higher-level concerns, to the COO
  • Make final employment decisions for potential Recruiters and Administrative Assistants
  • Lead recruiting numbers (bi-weekly) meeting and recruiter huddle (daily) calls
  • Assist with initial and follow-up training for all NRO team members
  • Communicate effectively with other Dept Heads and Managers
  • Conduct disciplinary action procedures with team members, if necessary
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally

 

Work Environment:

  • Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
