Description
The MSP Approved Vendor Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining new and current Vendor relationships in the MSP Office, including the caregiver placement from Vendors.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Conduct daily phone calls and meetings with Approved Vendor Partners
- Assist Approved Vendor Partners with utilizing the B4 Health System and with Submissions through the platform
- Actively source new potential Vendor Partners using current Leads Spreadsheet, Vendor and client recommendations, and individually sourced leads
- Collect and organize documents, credentials, and sign on new Approved Vendor Partners
- Communicate with the MSP Office and National Sales Office to sign and process new Vendor Partners and contract updates
- Think critically to solve problems and concerns that arise related to Vendor Partnership or Vendor Staffing
- Weekly performance requirements (subject to change):
- Make 150 outbound calls
- Conduct 5 Vendor Meetings
- Complete 3 New Vendor Onboardings
- Monthly performance requirements:
- Conduct 20 Vendor Meetings
- Complete 12 New Vendor Onboardings
- 20 caregiver placements from Vendors
- Complete other special projects as requested by the Jr. VP of MSP Division and Executive Team
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements
- Candidates must have a positive attitude, and be sociable, enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
- General knowledge of virtual hosting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, active environment
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
- Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally
Work Environment
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
