Description

The Homecare Concierge will be responsible for conducting training during the hiring and credentialing process for all direct care applicants in the Home Care Division.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Coordinate with NRO Recruiters to determine upcoming pipeline of applicants requiring training
  • Schedule in-person and virtual training with direct care applicants in the homecare division during the hiring and credentialing process
  • Instruct applicants on where to access each training and how to complete each training
  • Follow-up with applicants who did not satisfactorily complete training(s) and advise the applicant on next steps for re-training
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all DNA standardized trainings for home health aides as required by federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations
  • Maintain communication between the Division Office Manager and NRO Recruiter as it relates to the completion of applicant training
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and credentialing documents for hired healthcare personnel
  • Maintain and handle confidential applicant information in a professional manner as necessary
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates
  • Report to Division Office Manager regarding job duties
  • Complete tasks and special projects as directed by the Division Office Manager
  • Other office duties, including clerical and administrative assistant job duties, as assigned
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service or training experience preferred
  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

  • Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Occasional travel will be required.
