Description
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting professional administrative staff for the company.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Drive growth through recruitment of internal candidates across the country
- Responsible for full recruiting cycle for each candidate (initial contact to placement)
- Maintain and log each contact in Applicant Tracking System
- Actively source for new candidates
- Adhere to compliance guidelines in hiring new staff
- Maintain communication between branch offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to new hires
- Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Experience in recruiting (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Track record of production
- Travel required (job fairs, recruiting events, etc)
- General knowledge of office equipment
Corporate Recruiter will report to:
- COO
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of times
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach
Work environment:
Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
