Description

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting professional administrative staff for the company.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Drive growth through recruitment of internal candidates across the country
  • Responsible for full recruiting cycle for each candidate (initial contact to placement)
  • Maintain and log each contact in Applicant Tracking System
  • Actively source for new candidates
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines in hiring new staff
  • Maintain communication between branch offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to new hires
  • Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Experience in recruiting (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Track record of production
  • Travel required (job fairs, recruiting events, etc)
  • General knowledge of office equipment

Corporate Recruiter will report to:

  • COO

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of times
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach

Work environment:

Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
