At Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA), our STAR (Strategic Talent Acquisition Recruiter) Recruiters are responsible for hiring medical professionals from all over the country and connecting them with travel or contract assignments that fit their needs. This is a salary-based position with the added potential of earning uncapped commission.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Recruit healthcare professionals for travel and contract positions across the country
• Weekly performance requirements: 
  • Make 375 outbound calls (75 calls/day)
  • Complete 25 interviews/phone screenings (5 interviews/day)
  • Hire 2 new individuals
• Make valuable professional connections in the industry
• Build a positive reputation as a recruiter and expand your client base
• Help new hires complete their requirements and credentialing to compliance standards
• Guide new hires through the recruiting process
• Participate in promotional projects, team meetings and office events
• Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or Associates Degree preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Candidates must be: sociable, high-energy, enthusiastic, competitive, reliable and compassionate
• General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
• Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
