Description

The New Office Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring, coordination, and maintenance of each branch for DNA located across the United States in accordance with company policy and procedures.
 

Essential Functions of the Job:

· Assist in seeking out office space opportunities in designated areas assigned by DNA executive management

· Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel plans, completing billing as it pertains to this role, and more.

· Responsible for total life cycle of project from discovery to move-in

· Resolve problems and complaints as they arise

· Assist in resolving day-to-day issues with multiple projects at once

· Assist in maintaining communication between New Office Development department, other departments within DNA, and those outside of the company as needed

· Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner

· Write e-mails, transcribe notes, fax/copy documents, and create spreadsheets

· Conduct and lead weekly meeting to discuss progress of all projects

· Travel, as needed

· Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

 

Requirements:

· Background in Real Estate or Property Management

· Ability to remain within budgets

· Detail oriented

· Strong listening and communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment and Microsoft Office programs

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
 

Physical Demands

· Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

· Ability to move about the office, bend and reach

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
 

Work environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
