Description
The Vice President of Training and Development leads the Training and Development Team. This position will oversee the development and implementation of new learning strategies to educate and enhance employee performance.

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and Department Heads to provide guidance on training and development needs that align with company and individual department goals
- Develop training and development team goals, programs, and objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure employee and client satisfaction, retention, and productivity
- Assess all current training curriculum, systems, and resources to implement necessary improvements and updates
- Oversee the development and implementation of various learning strategies and tools to address performance and operational needs
- Present quarterly training and development performance reports and metrics to the Executive Team
- Ensure consistency in the application of training standards company wide
- Perform and remain competent in all aspects of the Training and Development Representative job duties
- Perform special projects and tasks as directed by the Executive Team
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
- Experience in managing multiple direct reports
- Strong presentation skills
- Past experience using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attend all Executive, Manager, and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
- Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
