Description
The Caregiver Engagement Specialist is responsible for the systematic sourcing and outreach of candidates and hired caregivers to ensure continued field employee engagement with DNA.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Complete 100 external, outbound calls per day to candidates and caregivers
- Reengage a minimum of 10 candidates or caregivers per month to work a shift of at least 7.5 hours
- Engage with hired caregivers who have not actively worked in 3 months or greater
- Contact candidates who have ceased the credentialing process prematurely
- Contact previously employed caregivers to re-engage employment
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Division Offices to execute candidate and caregiver engagement
- Track candidate interactions and progress through the applicant tracking system
- Provide progress updates to the Operations Team on a weekly basis
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
- Customer service experience
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
- Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
