Description
Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data is entered accurately into company software and analyzing company information for management purposes. The Junior Data Analyst will work with multiple departments to verify and confirm information is recorded precisely.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.

- Assist with analyzing company data for errors and discrepancies
- Prepare linear charts and pie graphs using financial data as directed by management
- Assist with building, organizing, and creating Office Snapshots for each branch office on a quarterly basis
- Assist with preparation of company reports for use during audits (federal, state, worker’s comp, etc)
- Audit pay and bill rates to ensure an accurate burden and profit margin are met
- Confirm accurate bill rates for all homecare clients through HHAExchange
- Ensure accuracy with established internal control procedures by examining records and documentation
- Communicate audit results to management and corresponding department
- Oversee resolution of audit discrepancies
- Verify contract details on Client Agreements
- Audit pay rates and contract details by signature authorization on Staffing Agreements and confirm compliance of caregiver that is being submitted for contract
- Examine MSP & AVSA Agreements to ensure DNA, clients, and sub vendors are signing off on accurate data in their agreements
- Assist management with all other audit/reporting requests as needed
- Provide support to analyst team for reporting and project needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proficient in Excel
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
- Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
