VMS Division Manager
The VMS Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful placement of DNA’s healthcare professionals within the vendor management system (VMS) to external clients.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Fulfill VMS client demand for contract labor through the development of a well-qualified candidate pool that can be submitted to the VMS client in a timely manner
· Develop strong VMS client relationships with new and existing VMS clients
· Oversee and drive the placement process to achieve division office growth in billable hours, revenue, and profitability
· Provide support for and perform aspects of all stages of the staff placement life cycle, including job requisition review and management, candidate screening, on boarding, evaluations, vendor compliance, and reporting
· Interview, hire, supervise, manage, and train team members within division office
· Create, build, implement and ensure successful training resources for each team member
· Collaborate with the other Division Offices to ensure field staff are accurately placed on assignments
· Resolve problems and complaints for clients and field staff in a timely manner
· Make recommendations for division office policies and procedures
· Inform team members of all compliance or procedural updates
· Approve and monitor PTO requests, absences, and arrival and departure times of team members
· Conduct disciplinary action procedures with team members, if necessary
· Communicate effectively and professionally with other Department Heads and Managers
· Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
· Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements:
· Prior experience working with vendor management systems preferred
· Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience
· Prior knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
· Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require detail-orientation
· Effective interpersonal skills: customer service, conflict resolution, time management, creative problem solving, strategic thinking influencing skills and selling skills
· General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Attend all Manager and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance
· Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
VMS Division Manager will report to:
· COO
Physical Demands:
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
· Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Work Environment:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
