The Training and Development Representative will be responsible for the creation and implementation of company-wide training.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Create, conduct, and automate employee training and onboarding for incoming and current DNA employees on job duties and computer/software systems
· Provide training to field employees and clients on DNA proprietary software systems
· Develop digital educational materials, including training modules and department-specific reference manuals
· Develop DNA University platform to be a comprehensive, one-stop training platform to house, complete, track, and facilitate all in-house training materials
· Work with Department Heads and Trainers to identify individual and team skill gaps and develop training strategies to fill deficiencies
· Send and track the completion of training modules for team members and managers
· Conduct data entry, analysis, and reporting of each educational course to evaluate the effectiveness of the training content and assess the impact on employee satisfaction, retention, and performance
· Utilize client feedback to assess the impact of employee training on client satisfaction
· Work on special projects to increase efficiency of departments and offices
· Work closely with COO, Operations Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Training & Development Team
· Conduct trainings outside of normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST) as needed for Second, Third, and Weekend Shift employees
· Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements:
· Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
· Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
· Ability to design and implement effective training and development
· Skills required: organized, detail-oriented, interpersonal skills
· General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands:
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
· Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Work Environment:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
