The Marketing Representative is an innovative and self-driven individual who supports the Marketing department in the execution of branding DNA on a national level.
Essential Functions of the Job:

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Support the Director of Marketing in organizing various projects
-
Utilize online job boards to post job openings for all branch offices
-
Assist in creation and implementation of social media campaigns
-
Assist in planning and execution of company events
-
Assist in composing content for company website
-
Effectively streamline communication between the Marketing team and Divisions regarding marketing tasks and budgets
-
Place advertisements on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
-
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
-
Plan and attend hiring events across the region
-
Participate in promotional projects, team meetings, and office events
-
Attend and promote Marketing events
-
Assist in fundraising events hosted by DNA
-
Increase fundraising donations to various charities through events and campaigns
-
Conduct phone calls to offices and outside businesses/vendors
-
Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, or related field

Sound understanding of marketing principles
-
Experience with SEO/SEM and analytics preferred
-
Experience with WordPress preferred
-
Graphic design and animation experience preferred
-
Strong copywriting skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite

Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands

Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (recruiting materials to and from event venues)
Work environment

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
