Description

The Marketing Representative is an innovative and self-driven individual who supports the Marketing department in the execution of branding DNA on a national level. 
 

Essential Functions of the Job: 

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities 

  • Support the Director of Marketing in organizing various projects 

  • Utilize online job boards to post job openings for all branch offices 

  • Assist in creation and implementation of social media campaigns 

  • Assist in planning and execution of company events 

  • Assist in composing content for company website 

  • Effectively streamline communication between the Marketing team and Divisions regarding marketing tasks and budgets 

  • Place advertisements on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 

  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market 

  • Plan and attend hiring events across the region 

  • Participate in promotional projects, team meetings, and office events 

  • Attend and promote Marketing events 

  • Assist in fundraising events hosted by DNA 

  • Increase fundraising donations to various charities through events and campaigns 

  • Conduct phone calls to offices and outside businesses/vendors 

  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team 
     

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, or related field 

  • Sound understanding of marketing principles 

  • Experience with SEO/SEM and analytics preferred 

  • Experience with WordPress preferred 

  • Graphic design and animation experience preferred 

  • Strong copywriting skills 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills 

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals 
     

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday 

  • Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (recruiting materials to and from event venues)  
     

Work environment 

  • Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team 

  • Some travel may be required
